Chargé(e) de Communication H/F

Overview

Comexposium is recruiting an events communications officer on a permanent contract in Saint-Mandé, with hybrid working. The role supports communications across the group's events portfolio, including Les Assises de la cybersécurité, and runs the innovation and startup prizes from launch to promotion. The post starts from mid-January 2027.

What you'll do

• Coordinate communications rollout across the events portfolio, including event websites.
• Produce and distribute promotional content, presentations, signage and on-site materials.
• Run the innovation and startup prizes end to end, from candidate calls and emailings to timelines.
• Write social media posts, newsletters and event content, and support live coverage.
• Liaise with graphic designers, printers, and photo and video suppliers.
• Coordinate on-site communication set-ups and the participant experience.

What you need

• Bac+3 to Bac+5 in communication, marketing or events.
• Two to three years of experience, including work-study placements.
• Strong digital and social media skills; Canva and CMS or CRM tools are an advantage.
• Professional English.
• Willingness to travel within France and Europe two or three times a year.
