FACILITIES ASSISTANT

Summary

Live Nation is seeking a Facilities Assistant for a venue in Louisville, Kentucky. The role supports building maintenance, equipment and records management, and the set-up and breakdown of events across lobbies, bars, the auditorium and other spaces.

What you will do

• Maintain facility records, work orders and maintenance logs
• Oversee daily cleaning and the set-up and breakdown of events across venue spaces
• Support safety and house policies during public and private events with contractors and vendors
• Manage inventory, equipment and building opening and closing procedures
• Assist the production department as needed

Requirements

• Supervisory experience in facilities management
• Extensive event coordination experience
• Knowledge of HVAC, fire systems, electrical and plumbing maintenance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at height and lift equipment
• Working knowledge of stagecraft and stage equipment
