Insomniac - Countdown SoCal NYE 2026 Seasonal Artist Relations

Overview

Insomniac is recruiting a seasonal artist relations team member for its Countdown SoCal New Year's Eve 2026 festival in San Bernardino, California. The role supports artists, crew and their guests on stage and in the backstage area at a dance music event.

What you'll do

• Welcome artists and crew on arrival at the stage.
• Coordinate with the artist compound team to bring artists from their dressing rooms on time.
• Stay visible and available to the tour manager while on stage.
• Liaise with hospitality over rider changes and clear hospitality items after each night.
• Confirm with the stage manager which credentials apply at different points in the day, and make sure photographers and videographers hold correct stage passes.
• Escalate personnel access concerns to the Artist Relations Manager.

What you need

• At least two years of artist relations experience.
• One or more years of management experience is preferred, including leading and organizing teams.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Comfortable working in loud, busy environments and in extreme temperatures.
• Must hold US work authorization without visa sponsorship.

Schedule

Evening and weekend hours as required, including holidays, to meet event deadlines.

Pay

Pay is $16.90 per hour.
