Operations Supervisor - Hollywood Palladium

Live Nation is recruiting an operations supervisor for the Hollywood Palladium in Hollywood, California. The role oversees show-day guest and staff issues, security coordination, responsible alcohol service and special events at the venue. Pay is listed at $20 to $25 per hour.

What you will do

• Lead pre-shift meetings and pass management information on to staff
• Respond to guest and staff concerns, including security and customer service issues, working with Security and Guest Services teams
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and line of sight across guest-facing and back-of-house areas
• Complete incident reports, collect witness statements and support ejection logs with the MOD
• Work scheduled special events held at the venue

Requirements

• Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training certification or an equivalent qualification
• Strong conflict resolution and communication skills across staff and management
• High school diploma
• Preferred: at least two years of experience in a live music environment
