Overview
Informa Markets is recruiting a Sales Director to lead retention and account growth for CPHI and WHX Miami, two B2B trade events in pharmaceutical manufacturing and healthcare technology. Based in the Orlando, Florida office, the role centres on existing customers, sponsorship revenue and leading a retention-focused sales team.
What you'll do
- Lead, mentor and develop sales directors, managers and representatives toward retention and growth targets
- Build retention and sponsorship strategies that grow wallet share across existing exhibitor accounts
- Hold regular customer check-ins and quarterly senior meetings with key accounts
- Work with exhibition directors, marketing and operations to align sales with event delivery
- Oversee pipeline accuracy, budgets and CRM data, and report on retention and ROI
What you need
- Seven or more years of B2B sales, account management and team leadership, ideally in media, sponsorship or B2B events
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or equivalent experience
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or related sectors is preferred
- Advanced proficiency with CRM systems, Salesforce preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for client meetings and events
Pay
The stated salary range is $120,000 to $135,000, based on experience.
