Overview
This senior role in the Event Technology Operations team at Informa Markets covers technical delivery and vendor management across trade events and year-round online platforms. Based in New York, it is a hybrid position with in-person working three days a week or more. The role oversees delivery of event technology solutions across several projects.
What you'll do
- Lead configuration, testing and integration across registration, exhibitor and attendee engagement systems
- Manage vendor relationships and escalate risks and dependencies to technical and operations teams
- Oversee Salesforce configuration, user access and platform governance
- Run Agile delivery across concurrent workstreams alongside senior project managers
- Act as subject matter expert for event platforms and liaise with vendors on bugs and feature requests
- Create training materials and support onboarding of new technologies
What you need
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- At least five years in platform administration, technical delivery or system development
- Hands-on experience with event platforms such as Swapcard, Stova or ExpoPlatform
- Understanding of API integrations and Agile/Scrum methods
- Willingness to travel occasionally, around four to six times a year
Pay
The salary range is $65,000 to $80,000, based on experience.
