Business Development Manager - Fintech Americas

Overview

This New York-based Business Development Manager role focuses on growing Money20/20's Fintech Americas portfolio across Latin America. The position centres on selling trade show sponsorships and exhibit space for financial technology events. It combines in-person work at the New York office with industry events and travel across the Americas.

What you'll do

• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Open new business across Latin America and other target sectors.
• Build and maintain direct relationships with clients to grow their event engagement.
• Run the full sales cycle, including senior meetings, executive presentations, proposals and contracts.
• Prepare tailored commercial proposals using the Money20/20 event inventory.
• Work with marketing, content, finance, operations and customer experience teams, and attend events to network.

What you need

• Three to five years selling trade show sponsorships and exhibit space.
• Background in technology, finance or events is preferred.
• Ability to travel across North and Latin America.
• Strong written and verbal communication with mid- and senior-level executives.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools.

Pay

Base salary range of $85,000 to $95,000, plus commission.
