Event Operations Lead - Money20/20

Overview

Informa Festivals is recruiting an Event Operations Lead based in its New York office to run operational delivery of Money20/20 USA in Las Vegas. The role covers pre-show planning through onsite execution, keeping the show on schedule and within budget. It sits within a portfolio of B2B business festivals.

What you'll do

• Oversee the event from planning through to post-event close-out.
• Build and control the operational budget with senior show leadership and finance.
• Work with procurement to secure and maintain suppliers for the full event.
• Act as the main contact for venue services including food and beverage, power, internet, cleaning and rigging.
• Manage AV, feature and activation briefs with the creative team from concept to delivery.
• Lead and mentor project leads and monitor health and safety onsite.

What you need

• At least three to five years of large-scale event experience.
• Las Vegas tradeshow experience is preferred.
• Strong planning, prioritization and budget management skills, including negotiation.
• Resilience and the ability to perform in fast-paced, high-pressure settings.
• Willingness to work alternative hours across time zones and to travel internationally.

Schedule

Alternative hours across time zones are needed as required, and the role includes international travel for onsite delivery.

Pay

The stated salary range is $95,000 to $100,000, based on experience.
