Project Manager

Overview

This Project Manager role sits with Tahaluf, a Riyadh-based B2B event organiser that is a joint venture involving Informa. The post covers planning and delivering large trade events, conferences and feature programmes with the Portfolio 2 delivery teams. It suits an experienced event professional who can manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.

What you'll do

• Act as the main liaison between sponsors, exhibitors, clients, vendors and internal teams
• Plan event features such as workshops, deals hubs, competitions and roundtables from concept to delivery
• Identify risks such as venue, technical or supplier delays and maintain risk logs with mitigation plans
• Coordinate marketing, logistics, technical and legal teams against shared timelines
• Negotiate contracts with venues, AV companies, caterers and transport providers
• Lead post-event reviews and prepare final reports with recommendations

What you need

• Experience managing mid to large trade exhibitions, conferences, sports events or FMCG launches
• Ability to run several projects at different lifecycle stages with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Airtable, Smartsheet and scheduling tools
• Strong stakeholder management and cultural awareness
