Project Manager - Activations

Overview

This project management role in Riyadh supports custom activations and large-scale B2B events run by Tahaluf, a joint venture that includes Informa. The post coordinates delivery across departments, stakeholders and speakers for trade exhibitions and conferences.

What you'll do

• Coordinate project processes and milestones across departments to keep timelines on track.
• Run risk assessments and contingency plans covering resourcing and key milestones.
• Act as the point of contact for custom event projects alongside the special projects, marketing and event management teams.
• Direct onsite staff and oversee badging and merchandise rollout.
• Manage speaker materials from confirmation through to live presentation, including logistics where needed.
• Report to internal stakeholders and VIPs, then prepare post-event evaluations and final reports.

What you need

• Degree-level education or equivalent.
• Significant project management experience on mid-to-large trade exhibitions, conferences, sports events or FMCG launches.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Smartsheet and Airtable.
• Experience with esports, defence or aviation events, or hackathons and CTF competitions is a strong fit.
