Digital Operations Support - Freelance Role

Overview

This six-month freelance assignment supports the digital operations team of Tahaluf, an events organiser in Riyadh, during a busy delivery period. The role centres on setting up and delivering digital platforms used across large B2B events, including attendee, exhibitor, speaker and organiser experiences. The position is temporary with potential to extend.

What you'll do

• Support setup, configuration and day-to-day delivery of event platforms with internal teams and suppliers
• Collect and validate content, data and requirements needed to configure platforms on time
• Run functional checks and user-journey testing before launch
• Help onboard and guide users, speakers and exhibitors, with basic troubleshooting
• Log recurring issues and lessons learned to improve delivery on future events

What you need

• Proven background in digital operations, event technology, project coordination or a similar delivery role
• Hands-on experience rolling out and supporting SaaS platforms, including configuration, testing and user onboarding
• Working knowledge of event apps, content or session management, and exhibitor or attendee platforms
• Strong coordination skills and attention to detail across multiple deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, IT or a related field is preferred
