Overview
This junior ServiceNow product analyst role at RX, an events and exhibitions organiser, is based in Richmond. It supports the ServiceNow platform used across the business and works alongside product owners, developers and business stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Help maintain the ServiceNow product backlog.
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Draft user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Take part in sprint planning, reviews and backlog refinement.
- Review incidents and recurring issues to identify improvements.
- Support user acceptance testing and release activities.
What you need
- Working familiarity with ServiceNow.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Good organisational and analytical abilities.
- Basic understanding of Agile or Scrum.
- Interest in IT service management; ITIL, Jira or Azure DevOps experience is beneficial.
