Box Office Supervisor- PT Punch Line Houston

Overview

Live Nation Entertainment is recruiting a part-time Box Office Supervisor for Punch Line Houston in Houston, Texas. The role oversees daily and nightly box office operations, including ticket sales, will call, guest lists and scanning, for a live entertainment venue.

What you'll do

• Lead daily and nightly box office operations, including ticket sales, will call, guest lists and ticket scanning.
• Supervise, train and schedule box office staff, and support evaluations and performance goals.
• Reconcile seller cash drawers and ticket sales, and support weekly cash deposits under company cash-handling policies.
• Maintain ticket inventory for events and monitor ticketing computers, software and hardware.
• Act as a secondary contact for Ticketmaster and coordinate with artist, management and tour accounting teams.
• Support ADA ticket requests and pricing initiatives, and cover off-site ticketing when required.

What you need

• Prior experience in box office or ticketing management.
• Experience handling cash, including reconciliation and accounting for ticket sales.
• Leadership and customer service background.
• High School Diploma.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, loud and sometimes stressful environment.

Schedule

Flexible hours covering days, nights, weekends and holidays. Some shows may require off-site coverage, including night-of-show management, staffing and equipment.
