What you'll do

• Lead pre-shift briefings and pass management information on to the team
• Respond to guest and staff concerns, including VIP, meet-and-greet and seat upgrade requests
• Oversee responsible alcohol service and make sure standard operating procedures are followed
• Circulate the venue to maintain atmosphere and flag issues to management and security
• Complete incident reports and witness statements, and support ejection logs
• Work scheduled special events held at the venue

What you need

• Responsible Alcohol Awareness certification or an equivalent
• Working knowledge of high-volume nightclub operations and guest relations
• Special requirement: Philadelphia Guard Card or an equivalent certificate
• High school diploma
• Ability to lift or move up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods in a loud, fast-paced environment
