Overview

Informa Markets Latam is recruiting a hunter-style sales professional in São Paulo to build a sponsorship and exhibition portfolio for B2B events in technology, infrastructure and energy. The role covers the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to renewal, and involves consultative meetings with senior decision-makers. Variable pay is linked to revenue targets.

What you'll do

• Prospect B2B suppliers through outbound outreach, competitor event mapping and market research to build a pipeline.
• Qualify leads and run consultative meetings with decision-makers, including C-level executives.
• Create sponsorship and exhibition package proposals that combine physical and digital assets.
• Negotiate and close contracts, owning revenue targets and renewals.
• Keep the Salesforce pipeline current and forecast accurately.
• Share market feedback to inform product and commercial strategy.

What you need

• Proven consultative B2B sales experience with medium to long sales cycles, ideally in event sponsorship, B2B media or corporate solutions.
• Track record of opening new markets and building a portfolio from scratch.
• Confidence selling to C-level executives and managing several stakeholders.
• Advanced English for working with global teams and brands.
• Completed higher education; CRM experience, with Salesforce an advantage.
