Las Vegas Grand Prix 2026 - Event Retail Inventory Control (Warehouse)

Overview

This event-based role in Las Vegas supports inventory control for the Las Vegas Grand Prix 2026 retail operation. The associate handles stock storage, movement, packing, shipping and receiving between the warehouse and event sites. The position keeps stock records accurate and supports day-to-day warehouse work.

What you'll do

• Store and move stock between assigned inventory locations, keeping transactions accurate.
• Pack, ship and receive merchandise from the assigned location.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor and carry out store recovery through the day.
• Drive a 26-foot box truck to deliver inventory between the warehouse and event sites when required.
• Support shrink reduction goals and keep a safe, organized work area.
• Work across other store areas when the business needs it.

What you need

• Forklift certification is preferred but not required.
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently, including overhead lifting.
• Able to stand for long periods and work in extreme temperatures and loud, busy settings.
• Clean motor vehicle record.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication, organization and attention to detail.

Schedule

Evening and weekend hours may be required to meet deadlines.

Pay

Hiring salary range is $17.00 to $20.00 USD.
