• Keep the CRM accurate, tracking pipeline progress and reporting key metrics.
• Help prepare pitch materials, decks and proposals.
• Pass qualified leads to internal teams and align outreach priorities.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to support lead generation.

What you need

• Bachelor's degree.
• Two to five years' experience in sales, business development, marketing or a related field; entry-level client services or partnership roles also considered.
• Strong interest in sponsorship, brand partnerships and live events.
• Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, SponsorUnited, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel when required.

Pay

Expected compensation is $75,000 to $80,000 USD, based on factors including market location, qualifications, skills and experience.
