Partnership Marketing & Promotions Coordinator

Overview

This temporary part-time coordinator role supports the Partnership Marketing team at Ticketmaster, the ticketing division of Live Nation Entertainment, with a New York location or remote working elsewhere in the US. The work centers on sweepstakes, contests and sponsorship asset tracking for live music and sports events. It is a support role, with final compliance and legal decisions held by full-time staff.

What you'll do

• Maintain campaign trackers, shared files and the promotional materials library, including landing pages and winner affidavits.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings, prepare agendas and circulate notes and action items.
• Help build promotional timelines, prize details, eligibility criteria and entry mechanics.
• Check W-9s and releases for completeness and flag discrepancies for legal review.
• Monitor sponsor assets across digital and social placements against contract terms.
• Assemble the monthly partnership newsletter and compile recurring sponsor performance reports.

What you need

• Bachelor's degree and prior experience in a marketing support or coordinator role.
• Basic knowledge of sports marketing and sponsorship principles.
• Strong organization, attention to detail and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Google, Microsoft and Canva, with willingness to learn promotion and tracking platforms.
• Familiarity with sponsorship, promotions or sweepstakes processes is an advantage.

Schedule

Up to 15 hours per week on a flexible schedule, with a one-year term covering campaign launches, winner processing windows and reporting deadlines.

Pay

Expected pay is $20.00 to $25.00 USD per hour, depending on location, qualifications and experience.
