Marketing Manager - LIONS Riyadh

Overview

This Riyadh-based role supports Tahaluf's launch of the inaugural LIONS Riyadh creative marketing festival at KAFD in December 2027. The manager leads digital and performance campaigns that build awareness, registrations and ticket sales among senior marketers, agencies, brands and emerging creative talent.

What you'll do

• Own planning and optimisation of inbound and outbound campaigns against traffic, registration and conversion targets.
• Build integrated campaigns for senior industry leaders, agencies, creators and emerging talent.
• Oversee paid media with supporting agencies, tracking spend and reallocating budget based on results.
• Lead A/B testing of landing pages, calls to action and messaging to improve conversion.
• Line manage digital marketers and guide their campaign execution.
• Coordinate campaign calendars around speaker, partner, ticketing and festival milestones.

What you need

• Minimum of five years' experience as a marketing manager; relevant digital, event, media or brand experience may be considered alongside a degree.
• Hands-on knowledge of PPC, SEO, online advertising, direct marketing and database segmentation.
• Strong analytics skills for measuring and improving campaign performance.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Experience working alongside content, PR, creative and commercial teams.
