Overview
This supervisory role at Coastal Credit Union Music Park in Raleigh, North Carolina, involves leading stand teams that serve the venue's VIP area during events. What you'll do
- Supervise and coordinate stand staff working in the VIP area.
- Oversee or take part in stand set-up and closing, including stock counts and cleaning.
- Keep work stations clean and stocked, ordering replacement stock as needed.
- Make sure staff follow alcohol service rules and food preparation standards set by Legends and the local health board.
- Complete event sheets, daily reports and other required paperwork accurately.
- Cover any stand position when needed.
What you need
- Two to four years' experience in a fast-paced, high-end club, restaurant or catering setting.
- State and local food handler and alcohol service certifications.
- Ability to stand for long periods, walk long distances and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Good reading, writing and basic maths skills, with fluent English.
