Director, Experiential Ops & Production

Overview

This Director role leads experiential operations and production at THE·TEAM, overseeing live brand and client events from brief to delivery. The position is based in Brooklyn with listed office and remote options across the United States, and works on large sports, music and entertainment projects.

What you'll do

• Lead large-scale project teams from planning through to on-site execution.
• Manage audio, lighting, staging, fabrication, digital, venue and labor suppliers against agency standards for quality and pricing.
• Build, manage and reconcile project budgets of $2 million to $4 million or more.
• Develop production schedules and run-of-show documents, and keep deliverable dates on track.
• Maintain client relationships and coordinate multiple account teams across projects.
• Resource and mentor production staff, and contribute to new business opportunities.

What you need

• Bachelor's degree minimum.
• Nine to eleven or more years of increasing operations experience, ideally in experiential agency, sports or entertainment.
• Stays calm under pressure while managing several projects and deadlines at once.
• Confident presenting to senior clients and writing complex internal and external communications.
• Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail.

Pay

Base salary range of $105,000 to $117,000 per year, plus possible bonus depending on role.
