Contrôleur de Gestion Frais Généraux / IT & CAPEX H/F

Overview

This hybrid management control role with Comexposium, based in Courbevoie, France, covers overheads, IT spending and capital expenditure for an events organiser. The post-holder works as a business partner to operational teams and the IT department across several group functions. The role reports to the head of management control.

What you'll do

• Track and analyse operating costs for support departments, producing monthly reports and variance analysis against budget, forecast and prior year.
• Support monthly closing with the accounting team and help build budgets and reforecasts with operational managers.
• Monitor IT spending, including infrastructure, licences, service contracts and digital projects.
• Review capital expenditure requests, follow fixed assets with accounting and produce return-on-investment analysis.
• Manage intercompany recharges and cost allocation keys, keeping them consistent and traceable with local finance teams.

What you need

• Higher education in finance, management control or business school.
• Seven to ten years minimum experience in management control, ideally covering overheads or IT.
• Ability to work in English, written and spoken, is required.
• Advanced Excel and/or BI tools preferred; experience with an ERP, ideally Oracle, is valued.
• Strong analytical skills, rigour and the ability to build relationships with varied contacts.
