Overview

Comexposium is recruiting a Group Data, AI and Robotics Director based at Highlight in Courbevoie, on a permanent contract. The role sets the Group's data and AI strategy and leads the hybrid Data & AI team that builds and rolls out AI MVPs across the Group's trade shows.

What you'll do

• Define the Group's Data and AI vision over three to five years, with a roadmap and costed business cases.
• Set up Data and AI governance covering architecture, security, compliance (AI Act, GDPR) and FinOps.
• Structure a hybrid Data & AI team combining internal, mobile and external resources, organised into agile squads.
• Lead cross-company governance with the executive committee, including budget arbitration and ROI tracking.
• Set Group architecture standards and coordinate AI use cases within the digital project portfolio.

What you need

• Bac+5 with more than 12 years' experience, including confirmed Data/AI leadership in multi-entity or international environments.
• Experience steering digital and technology project portfolios and Data/AI transformation with quantified ROI.
• Knowledge of Agile (SAFe), ITIL v4 and external provider governance.
• Familiarity with modern data platforms, generative AI and agentic AI.
