Group Exhibition Director

Overview

This senior role leads the commercial performance of an exhibition portfolio in Thailand, covering revenue, budgets and forecasting. The post-holder drives growth through new show launches, portfolio expansion and new sectors, working closely with sales, marketing and operations.

What you'll do

• Set strategic direction for an exhibition portfolio, pursuing growth through new launches, expanded portfolios and enhanced show features.
• Own portfolio revenue, budget planning, cost control and forecasting.
• Work with sales, marketing and operations teams to shape value propositions and go-to-market plans.
• Build industry knowledge and stakeholder relationships to strengthen show positioning and exhibitor retention.
• Lead and develop direct reports through objectives, coaching and performance management.
• Identify adjacency events, acquisitions and strategic partnerships.

What you need

• Relevant tertiary qualification in a field such as business or marketing.
• More than 10 years' experience in project, portfolio or event management.
• Experience managing budgets and full P&L, including forecasting and reforecasting.
• Track record of successful product or event launches and people leadership.
