Overview

This senior role with RX Japan supports exhibitors across trade shows in Tokyo, from preparation through show days to post-event follow-up. The post combines operational support with advisory work aimed at exhibitor outcomes, with a strong focus on overseas exhibitors.

What you'll do

• Handle enquiries and support tasks for domestic and overseas exhibitors, including preparation, applications and coordination
• Advise exhibitors on show content, business meeting opportunities and visitor engagement
• Support exhibitors on the show floor during events and follow up afterwards
• Direct outsourced suppliers and dispatched staff and manage their operations
• Identify operational issues in exhibitor support and propose process improvements

What you need

• At least five years of professional work experience
• Business English for emails and documents, with a TOEIC score of around 800 or above
• Native-level Japanese for client and internal coordination
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word, PDF and PowerPoint

Schedule

Workload peaks before and after exhibitions, and overtime may occur around show dates.
