Overview
This senior role leads the strategy and revenue of several RX France trade shows, including Mapic, SITL and EquipHotel. It sits on the France and Italy hub leadership team, based at Tour Vista in Puteaux, La Défense.
What you'll do
- Set strategy for a portfolio of trade shows and grow them through pricing, positioning and new formats.
- Lead new launches, satellite events and business projects such as conferences and summits.
- Deliver revenue and contribution targets against budget.
- Manage show teams, including recruitment, objectives and skills development.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments and overseas offices across the group.
- Maintain senior relationships with exhibitors, federations, associations and government bodies.
What you need
- Business school or equivalent degree at Bac+4/5 in management, commerce or marketing.
- At least 10 years' experience in business development or sales, with international exposure.
- Proven people and project management, including projects with significant financial stakes.
- Strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
Pay
The source lists a base pay range of €106,500 to €197,800 for France.
