Informa Markets is recruiting a Director of Sales for World of Concrete, based in its Irving, Texas office. The role leads new business and account growth for its B2B events, managing a sales team and building customer relationships. It offers a base salary of $115,000 to $125,000 plus commission.

What you will do

• Lead integrated sales strategy covering new business acquisition, retention and account expansion
• Manage and mentor sales teams across new business and account management
• Build relationships with key customers and industry partners, including check-ins and cross-sell opportunities
• Represent the company at industry events and competitor shows
• Oversee pipeline accuracy, budgets and sales reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of B2B sales experience, including team leadership, ideally in media, sponsorship or B2B events
• Proven record of exceeding revenue targets through new business and account growth
• Advanced CRM skills, with Salesforce preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for client meetings and events
