Senior Conference Producer - LIONS Riyadh - Arabic Speaker

Overview

This senior role supports LIONS Riyadh, a new three-day creative marketing festival at KAFD in Riyadh, running 6–8 December 2027. The producer will shape and deliver the festival's content programme alongside the Head of Content. The role centres on sourcing speakers and developing sessions for creative, marketing and media audiences.

What you'll do

• Research, develop and write original sessions on creativity, marketing, media, technology and culture.
• Identify, approach and confirm high-calibre global, Saudi and regional speakers.
• Write speaker briefs, session narratives and moderator guidance, and brief the marketing team.
• Keep the speaker database accurate and work with the Head of Content on editorial standards.
• Support speakers and delegates onsite, including stage delivery and order of show with production teams.
• Review session performance and audience feedback after the festival.

What you need

• At least five years' experience in conference production.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic, able to address individuals and groups.
• Experience securing and managing senior or high-profile speakers.
• Strong editorial judgement and organisational skills across multiple speakers and deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; a related degree is advantageous.
