Overview

This on-site Premium Manager role at Etihad Park in Willets Point, Queens, centres on selling suites and premium club seating for NYCFC matches and concerts. It combines revenue targets with running the suite service operation and two premium club areas.

What you'll do

• Lead the suite operation and two premium club areas, including service standards.
• Drive revenue from seasonal, multi-year and single-event premium bookings with corporate and individual buyers.
• Hire, schedule and develop suite and club staff under the collective agreement.
• Control pantry and suite inventory, monthly reporting, labour and waste costs.
• Coordinate food expediting and liaise with kitchen and warehouse teams.
• Work alongside the NYCFC premium sales team and venue stakeholders.

What you need

• Two to five years of supervisory experience in a high-volume food and beverage or hospitality setting; club experience is a plus.
• Two to five years of supervisory experience in a suites environment.
• Experience with unionised workforces.
• Working knowledge of inventory control, cost management, POS systems and basic financial reporting.
• Food handler certification is an asset.
• Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays tied to match and concert dates.

Shifts cover evenings, weekends and holidays, linked to the Etihad Park event calendar of matches and concerts.

Pay

The stated salary is 80,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
